The HW97k is considered amongst many knowledgable spring airgun owners as being the best springer ever made it is the upgraded version of the famous HW77. The blue laminate version is a special edition a truly gorgeous rifle this is not stamped Hull Cartridge as it is imported directly from Weihrauch. If you know your Weihrauchs and the issue with poor cutting of the springs then that is no issue especially if you are having a Vmach/Bonnie Clyde/SFS/RS services tuning kit fitted.
