Car Fuel Saver - Reduce Petrol Consumption with a Fuel SaverCar Fuel Saver for Petrol, Diesel and LPG Cars, Vans, Lorries upto 20% Fuel Saving and more power!Fuel Optimiser is an environment-friendly product that reduces environmental pollution and considerably improves fuel consumption. It is fit in the Petrol hose, close to the carburator or the engine injector. It adapts to all fuel types including Diesel, CNG, or LPG engines.
Save fuel! Fuel Optimiser - Why Fuel Turbo Mag There are several reasons why we claim Fuel Turbo Mag outmatches our competitors´products. They are as follows: 1) Modern Petrol engine pipes are too close to each other, which in many cases makes the installation of the devices difficult if these are too large. It may even be impossible to install them. The problem may be worse with diesel engines, especially those with an engine capacity over 3000 cc since in those cases, where the pipes are too small and too close, it shall be necessary to install one device per cylinder. The following figure shows how close the pipes can be in a regular engine.
2.- Quality of the Magnets: Our state-of-the-art magnets are imported, made of neodymium. These magnets are used in high tech loudspeakers and audio headphones as they weigh a tenth of what those made of ferrite do. Our magnets have a maximum flux density around 255% higher than the magnets our competitors commercialize, which are low priced ceramic magnets. Test carried out in a 13 mm outside diameter pipe. 3.- Action Surface of the Devices: The figure shows a competitors´device. The fuel pipe is in the center. The magnets are around 32 mm wide, the outside diameter of the pipe is 14 mm, and the hole for the flow of fuel is around 8mm. The magnetic flux lines can be seen, but only 8mm of the magnet width are used. That is the width of the duct where the fuel flows. The rest is wasted. Fuel pipes outise diameter is usually around 6mm to 12mm, especially in some diesel engines. Fuel Optimiser features a 25.5 mm long by 9.5 mm wide neodyminum magnet. As the figure shows, almost all the magnetic flux lines are concentrated in the fuel flow duct. Thus, all the magnet energy affects the fuel. That is to say 255% more flux lines affect the fuel.
4.- Fuel Optimiser Costs: It is only necessary to do a market research study to decide that our devices, even though they are manufactured with imported neodymium, have the most competitive price. This can be achieved through our own effort and because we are eager to reach as many people as possible by selling them at the lowest price. 5.- Other Benefits: Fuel Saver Installation Instruction 1.- Separate the two halves of Fuel Optimiser. Identify the fuel incoming line. This can be done by finding the fuel filter and following the fuel pipe to the engine. The incoming line can usually be identified because it has more pressure and is colder. The return line pressure is usually lower and it is hotter if the engine has been on. When it is difficult to find the pipe it is advisable to resort to the mechanic and ask them to indicate the right pipeline.
2. - Next, set the seal as shown in the figure so that the opposite side remains open and allows for the fuel pipe to be surrounded. 3. - Once the two halves have been set to wrap the fuel line, make sure the device, if installed in a plastic or rubber line, is at leat 25 mm. away from any metal item in the fuel line. Make sure all the magnets have been set in parallel.
4.- Next, put the seal through the opposite side, put it through the fastener at the end of the seal and make sure both halves have been properly adjusted. The halves do not have to touch each other. If that occurs it means the device has not been properly adjusted on the pipe. If this occurs, replace the pipeline.
1.- Cars or trucks Petrol engines with carburators: They are installed the closest to the carburator. Install one up to 2,500 cc. Install 2 Fuel Optimisers in a 2,500 cc or larger engine. Install one next to each other by rotating them 90º. Petrol engines that fall under 2,500 cc. - Petrol engines that fall above the 2,500 cc capacity 2.- Car Petrol engines with multipoint injection below 2,500 cc: 3.- Diesel engines with electronic injection above 3,000 cc: In the example figure, it can be seen that 4 Fuel Optimisers have been installed in the line that reaches the injectors ramp. One Fuel Optimiser is also fitted at the injection pump inlet. In many cases, the ramp is very close to the engine and in other cases it is located inside the block. Outline of the "common rail" or injector ramp Diesel injection system 4.- Diesel engines with mechanical injection above 3,000 cc: Important: If the fuel pipe is lined with a wire mesh, it is difficult for the magnetic field to go through the pipe. Thus, the devices are assembled in a pipe which may be made of copper, aluminum or steel. The pipe is cut and the ends of the device are fitted into the lined pipe with two clamps. The figure shows the how the pipe looks after the device has been fitted.
5- Diesel engines that use the monitoring Vigia system Please, follow these recommendations: 1.- The Vigía device should be as close to the filters as possible in order to distance the effect of the electrically-operated valve from the FUEL OPTIMISER magnetic field.
