Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually Despatched that day *Subject to stock availability..

All orders are posted by either Royal Mail 1st Class / Royal Mail Tracked / Royal Mail Special Delivery / Courier.

95% of items will arrive the next day, however products do not always arrive the following day and you must allow 7 Working Days unless you have seleted the following Service from within the Shopping Cart - Special Delivery or Courier Delivery.

If the item is urgent then you will need to select the Special Delivery / Courier Option as this is advertised as Guaranteed next day delivery by 1PM excluding weekends.

Safe & secure shipping. Usually next working day. Please allow up to 7 working days.

Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery (UK) - £2.95
Safe & secure shipping. Usually next working day. Please allow up to 3 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) - £5.50
Guaranteed next working day by 1pm for orders received before 2pm. Monday to Thursday *(Except Scottish Highlands)

Courier (UK Mainland ) - £10.00
Safe & secure shipping. Usually next working day. Please allow up to 7 working days.

Order Confirmation Notice

All orders placed online are confirmed by email within minutes of placing your order, this is your reciept so keep it for your records. You will be advised within 24hrs that your order is either on its way, card declined or out of stock.

How do I Order and Pay for My Products?

If you wish to order for home delivery, then paying for your products is simple. Once you have added all of your items to the cart, select the ‘View Order’ option and you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can then proceed with your order by completeing all fields required, normally highlighted in BOLD writing.

Having entered your address details, you will be presented with the delivery options which are available for your order. These options will vary depending on the type of products you have ordered, but most items will be despatched 1st class post for next day delivery if ordered before 2pm monday to firday.

Finally, having selected your preferred delivery option, you will be asked to complete your payment details. Again, all fields marked in Bold must be completed. Having completed your payment details, select ‘continue’ to place your order. You will receive an on-screen confirmation with your order number and details, which you should make a note of for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming that we have received your order.
