Autronic ECU

Autronic ECU Autronic is a Australian owned company that is based in Melbourne. The company was formed in 1992. Autronic now produces three ECU models, the SMC, SM2, SM4 and replacement boards for Subaru WRX and Mitsubishi EVO cars. All are 3D and are sequential. Also two exhaust gas analyzers, the A and B models.

All Autronic ECU's are available with the optional AutoTune chip and software which enables hands free tuning with no input is required from the user other than running the engine through its various RPM and load sites. This is a great feature as it reduces the time required to build maps from scratch and the time saved can be passed on to the customer.
The company sells ECU's to many parts of the world and they are well respected for there reliability and resistance to interference from other engine components. Autronic ECU's will control injectors correctly, and are renowned for their ability to control large injectors on small capacity engines at small injector openings. Autronic ECU's are used across the world in race engines in Group A and N touring cars and rally cars, Drag racing, Water ski race boats, Power boats and have won major races world wide. Autronic injected ski race boats won the recent 2001 world ski titles in the USA, taking first and second place.

Apexi Power FC

Apexi Power FC The Power FC is A'PEXi's answer to the constraints and limitations associated with most piggy-back style fuel controllers. The Power FC is a complete, stand alone, total engine management system capable of handling virtually anything thrown in its path. From multiple point fuel and ignition control to VTEC engagement (Honda applications) and boost settings, the Power FC is capable of accommodating even the most demanding performance enthusiasts.

The Power FC replaces the factory ECU and controls all vital engine parameters Installation is as easy as replacing the factory ECU. (Some minor rewiring is required on selected vehicles). The factory engine harness does not need to be replaced and all critical accessories such as air conditioning continue to function. By using the optional FC COMMANDER, the user can adjust and modify a wide range of settings. Since there is no need to upgrade ROM chips or modify ECU's, the factory ECU can be kept by the original user.

One of the latest engine management systems by Omex is the OMEM600 this Engine Management System is a high performance, easy to install, easy to map system with all of the features now demanded in motorsport.
Suitable for 1,2 or 4 cylinder normally aspirated or forced induction engines, the ECU can control either a single coil for distributor based engines (up to 8 cyl) or a DIS twin coil pack for 4 cyl distributorless engines and 4 injectors semi-sequentially fired or 8 injectors batch fired.
3 dimensional mapping with the engine stationary or in real time with the engine running, allows the user to achieve the best performance from the engine.
