Optima Pigeon Magnet Rotary Machine.

The Optima rotary base is ideal for harder grounds (Don NOT use a hammer to seat the base). You simply place the triangle base on the ground and push it in.  Then push the rotary shaft into the base and secure using the thumb screw. 

Comes with 2 x Telescopic rotary arms and 2 x wing spreader v sections
