We have a very simple privacy policy, we do not intentionally
pass on any details whatsoever to any thirdparty organisations or individuals,
we can not be responcible for email addresses being scanned during standard
email converstaions. We may however from time to time email you with special
offers, competitions etc but you can request us to delete your email addres
from this service at anytime.
1. (In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act
passed into law 11 Dec 03) - “We do not send random marketing emails
to personal email addresses (spam).”
2. We only use cookies within our Shopping Cart. These are used only
if you click the REMEMBER Me option box so if you are a recurring customer
you do not have to enter you name and address everytime you order.
3. Solware conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act,
1998.
