Advanced Technology
The geographical co-ordinates of all 'fixed' speed monitoring systems, schools and many officially-designated accident 'hotspots' are been stored on a database that is monitored and up-dated constantly so that that you are alerted to every potentially hazardous stretch of road or danger spot. Simply connect the S3 to a compatible PC and this concise database can be downloaded in a matter of minutes!

To ensure that your S3 is always effective, downloads can be performed as often as the user prefers. An optional external modem is purchased for users without access to a PC, so that the database can be downloaded from any compatible telephone socket.

The Snooper S3 compares your position, using it's built-in GPS antenna, with the location of every known fixed speed monitoring system and accident 'hotspot', alerting you both audibly and visualy. A built-in piezo bleeper provides an audible warning. The visual alert is a series of bright coloured LED's, to the type of location you are approaching. The volume of the alert can easily be adjusted and the pre-alert distance set from a minimum of 100m to a maximum of 500m.

Safety Outside Schools
The Snooper database now also incorporates schools.This optional feature will alert you clearly in advance of nearly all schools in the UK, ensuring your total concentration along the most sensitive stretches of road in the UK.

Laser Detection as Standard
The Snooper S3 comes complete with a built-in 360 degree laser detector, designed to detect all types of mobile laser speed monitoring systems often used in danger spots where 'fixed' systems cannot easily be utilised. As a result Snooper S3 will alert you to almost every speed monitoring system and accident hotspot, whether fixed or mobile.

Genuine 'Plug & Play' Installation
As both technologies are incorporated in one unit, installation is simple. Mount the device in a suitable position on the dashboard or windscreen and connect it to the vehicle cigarette lighter socket with the power cable, then switch it on. It really is as simple as that.
