Nocpix OMNI H35R 8K Multispectral Thermal Binoculars
Nocpix OMNI H35R 8K
Advanced Digital & Thermal Imaging in One Professional Observation System
The Nocpix OMNI H35R is a next-generation multispectral binocular designed to deliver exceptional observation performance across daylight, twilight and complete darkness. Combining an ultra-high-resolution 8K digital imaging sensor with a high-sensitivity 640 × 512 thermal sensor, the OMNI H35R provides users with two powerful imaging channels in a single, rugged platform.
With a 35mm F0.9 thermal lens, 50mm F1.8 digital lens, integrated laser rangefinder, electronic image stabilisation, smooth zoom control and advanced image-processing technology, the OMNI H35R is engineered for detailed target observation and identification in challenging conditions.
Its binocular-style design, magnesium-alloy construction and intuitive controls make it equally suited to extended outdoor observation, wildlife monitoring, security, search and rescue, and professional field applications.
8K Digital Imaging
At the heart of the OMNI H35R is an 8192 × 6144-pixel 8K digital sensor, providing an exceptionally high level of image detail.
The high-resolution digital channel is designed to preserve fine detail when magnification is increased, helping users distinguish shapes, features and target characteristics with greater clarity during daylight and low-light observation.
A large 50mm F1.8 digital objective lens further enhances light-gathering performance, while dedicated image-processing algorithms optimise the image according to changing environmental conditions.
High-Sensitivity 640 × 512 Thermal Imaging
For observation in darkness and difficult visibility, the OMNI H35R incorporates a 640 × 512, 12μm thermal sensor with a sensitivity of NETD ≤15mK.
The high thermal sensitivity enables the device to detect subtle temperature differences and produce detailed thermal imagery, while the 50Hz frame rate helps provide smooth viewing of moving subjects.
The 35mm F0.9 thermal objective lens offers a balance between field of view and magnification, making the H35R suitable for both scanning an area and examining distant targets.
Dual-Spectrum Observation
The OMNI H35R allows users to switch rapidly between its digital and thermal imaging channels.
This multispectral design provides greater flexibility than relying on a single imaging technology. The digital channel provides detailed visual information when sufficient ambient light is available, while the thermal channel reveals heat signatures in darkness and challenging visibility conditions.
Switching between the two channels is designed around Nocpix's one-motion operating philosophy, allowing users to change imaging modes without navigating complicated menus.
Smooth Magnification & Image Stabilisation
The OMNI H35R provides:
-
Thermal magnification: 2× to 16×
-
Digital magnification: 3× to 18×
-
0.5× incremental zoom adjustment
-
Electronic image stabilisation
The 0.5× zoom increments provide finer control than larger traditional zoom steps, allowing users to select an appropriate magnification for the observation scenario.
Electronic image stabilisation helps reduce the effects of handheld movement, particularly when observing at higher magnifications.
Integrated Laser Rangefinder
The OMNI H35R incorporates a laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1,000 metres, providing useful distance information during observation.
Range information can be displayed alongside the viewing image, while the system also supports ballistic calculation features, providing additional data for users who require accurate distance and ballistic reference information.
Dual Infrared Illumination
For operation in complete darkness, the OMNI H35R supports interchangeable 850nm and 940nm infrared illuminators.
The 850nm option provides greater illumination intensity and is suited to applications where maximum IR performance is required. The 940nm option provides a more discreet illumination solution where reduced visible IR glow is preferred.
The illuminators can be changed without specialist tools, giving users greater flexibility for different night-time observation requirements.
Designed for Comfortable Extended Observation
A 0.5-inch 1600 × 1200 AMOLED display provides a detailed viewing experience, while the large 12mm exit pupil makes it easier to acquire the image quickly and comfortably.
The binocular-style configuration provides a natural grip and viewing position, while the compact control layout is designed for straightforward operation in low-light conditions.
The OMNI H35R also features a dedicated digital zoom ring and four-button control system for fast access to key functions.
Built for Professional Field Use
The OMNI H35R features a robust magnesium-alloy housing combined with a PVC anti-slip grip.
Its design is intended to provide a secure hold while maintaining durability for demanding outdoor use. A built-in tripod mounting point also allows the binoculars to be used either handheld or mounted for longer periods of stationary observation.
Convenient Power System
The OMNI H35R uses a combination of an internal battery and replaceable 18650 batteries, with a stated maximum operating time of approximately 7.5 hours.
Its polarity-free battery compartment allows compatible batteries to be inserted without having to check their orientation, making battery changes significantly easier when operating in darkness or while wearing gloves
Wireless Connectivity & Storage
Built-in connectivity provides integration with the Nocpix ecosystem, including app functionality and N-Link compatibility.
The OMNI H35R features 64GB internal memory for storing captured images and video, while wireless connectivity allows users to transfer and share recorded
